The Basics

Find words in a grid of letters. Click letters one-by-one to build a word. Selected letters must be touching (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally). Once you've spelled a word, hit "Submit"!

Scoring & Bonuses

• Vowels are worth 1 point, Consonants are worth 2.
• Your score is (Sum of Letter Points) x Multiplier.
• Find a 5+ letter word for a 2X Word Bonus!
• High-Value Consonants (Z, Q, J, X, K) are always a 3X Bonus!
• Random 2X Bonus tiles (light blue) appear on the board.

Special Tiles & Power-ups

• Bomb Tiles (Black): Using a bomb tile in a word will clear a 3x3 area around it.
• Shuffle: Earn a "Shuffle" for every 15 words you find. Use it to rearrange the board!

Game Modes: Daily Puzzle

• A new unique puzzle every day!
• Everyone in the world gets the exact same board.
• Even the random refills and shuffles are deterministic!

Game Modes: Single Player

• Race against the clock to get the highest score.
• Find 10 words to get a +30 second time bonus!
• Your personal top scores are saved automatically.

Game Modes: Pass and Play

• A 2-player game on one device.
• Each player has their own timer. Your clock only ticks on your turn.
• After you submit a word, it's the other player's turn.
• Player 2 starts with one free "Shuffle".
• The game ends when one player's timer hits 0.
• Time Bonus: The player with time left gets +5 points for every 10 seconds remaining!

Game Modes: Online Match

• Create a display name and challenge other players.
• Works just like "Pass and Play," but online!
• You can see your opponent's selections in real-time.
• Your Win/Loss record is tracked automatically.
• Forfeiting a game will count as a loss.
